It is composed of a paperboard box with two smaller boxes attached to its interior. The outer box measures approximately 4 3/4 inches in height. The exteriors of the boxes are covered with a floral woven fabric. The sides of the exterior box and one interior box collapse to display various sewing articles. It contains a tape measure, assorted needles, assorted colored threads on a cardboard sheet, safety pins, long pins, a thimble, and a pair of scissors. The interior of the boxes are lined with a cardboard and foam covered with plain woven fabric. The article is held closed by an attached lid.
