Dear Ms. Nott: In your letter dated August 11, 2010, you requested a tariff classification ruling. You refer to the submitted sample as a stainless steel Micro-Slim™ 9-in-1 multi-purpose tool. It consists of a #2 flat screwdriver, #0 flat screwdriver, #1 Philips screwdriver, bottle opener, nail file, Metric wrench set, English wrench set and a fold out knife with a serrated and straight blade. The duty rate will be 3¢ each + 5.4% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
