The second item is a Striker Folding Multi-Blade, item 00103. It contains a quick change steel blade, corner saw, file and an extra blade stored within the handle. It is marked for use with drywall. It has a hardened steel file, corner/notching saw and a striking cap.

Dear Mr. Seymour: In your letter dated April 27, 2009, you requested a tariff classification ruling. These items are tools with blades used for scoring and cutting. The duty rate will be 3¢ each + 5.4% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
