The submitted sample, which is identified as “Sparkle Snowman Waterball” – P013A, is a decorative article of agglomerated stone including a glass water globe. A 100-mm water globe permanently rests on a base of agglomerated stone. The base is a decorative article of agglomerated stone depicting mounds of three-dimensional iridescent snow and a few three-dimensional “snowman” figurines. The globe, which is filled with distilled water and iridescent glitter, contains two skiing “snowman” figurines.
