Resimene BM 5905 is a butylated melamine-formaldehyde resin solution composed of approximately 56-60 percent resin solution, 40 percent n-butyl alcohol and 1.5 percent formaldehyde, by weight. Resimene 7383 is a butylatedmelamine-formaldehyde resin solution composed of approximately 67 percent resin solids, 29 percent n-butanol and 4 percent formaldehyde, by weight.

Dear Ms. Pierce: In your letter dated March 26, 1999, you requested a tariff classification ruling. Based on the technical literature submitted, Resimene 891 is a butylated melamine-formaldehyde solution composed of approximately 70 percent resin solid, 20 percent n-butal alcohol, 10 percent xylene and 2 percent formaldehyde, by weight.
