Resimene 882 is a toluene sulfonamide modified butylated melamine-formaldehyde resin solution composed of approximately 66 percent resin solids, 27 percent xylene, 7 percent n-butanol, 5 percent ethyl benzene and 1.5 percent formaldehyde, by weight. Resimene CE-7504 is a methylated, iso-butylated melamine-formaldehyde resin composed of approximately 98 percent resin solid and 0.15 formaldehyde, by weight.

Dear Ms. Pierce: In your letter dated March 5, 1999, you requested a tariff classification ruling. Based on the technical literature submitted, Resimene 881 is a toluene sufonamide modified butylated melamine-formaldehyde resin solution composed of approximately 58-62 percent toluene sulfonamide modified butylated melamine-formaldehyde resin solution, 22-26 percent xylene, 14-18 percent n-butanol, 5 percent ethyl benzene and 3 percent formaldehyde, by weight. Resimene 882 is a toluene sulfonamide modified butylated melamine-formaldehyde resin solution composed of approximately 66 percent resin solids, 27 percent xylene, 7 percent n-butanol, 5 percent ethyl benzene and 1.5 percent formaldehyde, by weight. Resimene CE-7504 is a methylated, iso-butylated melamine-formaldehyde resin composed of approximately 98 percent resin solid and 0.15 formaldehyde, by weight.
