The merchandise is described in your letter as LIPOTS printed circuit boards (PCBs) and RIPOTS printed circuit boards (PCBs). LIPOTS stands for Local Exchange International POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) Channel Unit. The UMC LIPOTS provides six trunk terminating loop start circuits.
