You submitted a sample of a 100% polyester textile fabric wall banner to be hung on a wall for advertisement. The promotional banner, is constructed from two pieces of printed fabric sewn together on all sides and measures 70" x 58". The banner is hung using two metal grommets at the top. The promotional banner is printed on both sides. The applicable subheading for the fabric promotional wall banner will be 6307.90.8500, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other made up articles…Other: Wall banners, of man-made fibers. The rate of duty will be 5.8% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. The text of the most recent HTSUS and the accompanying duty rates are provided on the World Wide Web at http://www.usitc.gov/tata/hts/. The sample will be returned to you.
