Dear Ms. Gonzalez: This ruling is being issued to correct Customs Ruling Number N263552, dated May 7, 2015, 2015. The purpose of this replacement letter is to correct a clerical error. In N263552, the appropriate Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) classification was not provided for Style AJ03415. The style was incorrectly classified as composed of woven fabric instead of knit. A complete corrected ruling follows. In your letter, dated April 2, 2015, on behalf of your client, The TJK Companies, Inc., you requested a tariff classification ruling. The sample is being returned to you, as requested. Style AJ03415 is a women’s sleepwear top constructed of 45% cotton, 35% rayon and 20% polyester knit fabric. The fabric is lightweight french terry.
