The sample will be returned to your office as requested. A sample of the “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Swim Ring,” item number 992003, was submitted with your inquiry. The item is an inflatable PVC ring that measures 18.5” in diameter when inflated and features the likenesses of the “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” characters. The tube's bright colors appeal to a sense of fun and play and its smaller size and lower gauge allow it to be thrown around, and make it generally, easy to manipulate. These characteristics indicate that the 18.5” inflatable tube is principally designed to amuse.
