The item concerned is a charging cable (model # IEC 62196-2) for an electric automobile. The cable is four meters in length, and approximately 17 mm in diameter. It incorporates a black outer sheath, made from Polyurethane (PUR), and has electrical connectors on either end. Internally there are five power contacts (L1, L2, L3, N, PE), rated for 480 volts AC and 2 signal contacts (CP, PP) rated for 30 volts AC.
