Your sample is being returned to you. Style 75131 is a travel bag constructed with an outer surface of man-made textile material. It features a lined interior with an interior compartment that serves as a garment bag when the bag is in its fully open position. In its closed position the bag is designed as a duffle bag. It features two carrying handles and two exterior pockets. The bag measures approximately 21.5” (W) x 9” (D) x 14” (H). The applicable subheading for the style 75131 will be 4202.92.3031, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for travel, sports, and similar bags, with outer surface of textile materials, other, other, of man-made textile, other.
