You have submitted two samples which are being returned to you under separate cover. The submitted samples are two bags designed to provide storage, protection, portability and organization to personal effects while swimming or during other water activities. When the bags are fully closed they take on air so that they will float thereby keeping the contents safe and dry. The outer surface of the bags is constructed of nylon textile material. The applicable subheading for the swim bags will be 4202.92.3031, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for travel, sports, and similar bags, with outer surface of textile material, other, other, of man-made fibers, other. The rate of duty will be 17.6% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
