The sample submitted, style number RH51661/51661, is a men’s upper-thigh length jacket with a shell composed of a woven rip-stop 100% nylon fabric that has a visible polyurethane coating on the inner surface. The jacket is lined with a woven 210T 100% nylon taffeta fabric that is quilted to a nonwoven polyester “Thermolite” batting insulation. The jacket has an integral hood with a drawcord tightening, a full front opening secured by a zipper closure that extends to the chin area and an overlapping flap with four hook and loop fasteners that covers zipper. The jacket has long sleeves with partial elastic and a tab with a hook and loop closure at the wrist area, a zippered pocket on the left chest, two front zippered pockets below the waist and a drawcord tightening through the bottom hem.
