Grand Rapids, MI 49504 RE: The tariff classification of a Magna Bucket and an Essential Field Gear Camouflage from China Dear Mr. Morse: In your letter dated June 14, 2011, you requested a tariff classification ruling on behalf of Meijer Distribution. Two samples were received with your inquiry. The first product, item # 2461304, the Backyard Safari Essential Field Gear Camouflage is a camouflage design netting that may be draped over any object to simulate a camouflage effect. The product is constructed of nylon and measures approximately 8’ in length and 5’ in width.
