The sample you submitted will be returned to you as requested. The merchandise is a packaged set of three over-the-door single towel hooks (item number 67672). The hooks are composed of chrome-plated iron with a plastic knob. Each hook measures approximately 2¾ inches high by 1 inch wide by 2½ inches deep. They fit on doors measuring up to ¾ inch thick and will be used for hanging towels in the bathroom or aprons and dish towels in the kitchen. The applicable subheading for the towel hooks will be 8302.50.0000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for hat-racks, hat pegs, brackets and similar fixtures, and parts thereof, of base metal. The rate of duty will be free. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
