The submitted sample, style 9354, is a pair of women’s shorts is constructed from 100 percent polyester woven fabric. The shorts feature a wide waistband with eight belt loops and a button closure, a fly opening with a zipper closure, two front slant pockets, one rear inset pocket with a zipper closure and hemmed leg openings. The shorts will be imported in ladies’ sizes 0-20. We are returning your sample as requested. The applicable subheading will be 6204.63.3532, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for Shorts…woven: Of synthetic fibers: Shorts: Women’s. The duty rate will be 28.6% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
