The samples you provided will be retained by this office. The merchandise under consideration is stainless steel hooks with PVC suction cups. Product number 02410 is a blister pack containing two hooks. Product number 41920 is a blister pack containing a two-pronged hook designed to hold a razor. Its suction cup uses “power lock suction” by firmly adhering to a surface when the hook is lowered and releasing its suction when the hook is lifted.
