Submitted sample, style 804ML, is a woman’s jacket constructed from 55 percent linen and 45 percent rayon woven fabric. The jacket features a round neckline, long sleeves with buttoned cuffs, two chest pockets with buttoned flaps, a full front zippered opening and a peplum bottom. The sleeve cuffs and neckline are embellished with decorative trim. The applicable subheading for the jacket will be 6211.49.9080, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for track suits, ski-suits and swimwear; other garments: other garments , women’s or girls’: of other textile materials: other: jackets and jacket-type garments excluded from heading 6202. The duty rate will be 7.3 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
