A sample was submitted and is being returned as you requested. The item in question, style J6-I92, is a men’s outerwear jacket with a shell made from a woven cotton 12-ounce canvas fabric with a visible plastic lamination on the inner surface. The jacket has a full front opening with a zipper closure, a pointed collar, long sleeves with vented cuffs secured by a metal stud button, slant pockets with flaps at the waist, a zippered pocket on the right chest, articulated elbows and bi-swing gussets in the back panel. The jacket is lined with a polyester fleece fabric in the body and a woven nylon fabric diamond-quilted to a nonwoven batting in the sleeves. The duty rate will be 6.2 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
