Your sample will be returned as requested. Submitted sample, style #PPRU2073, is a woman’s jacket constructed from 73% nylon, 18% polyester and 9% metallic woven fabric. The jacket extends from the shoulder to slightly below the waist. The jacket features a collar, short sleeves with elasticize hem, a full lining, smocking on the upper front and back panels, two pockets below the waist, a full front opening secured by four buttons and a hemmed bottom. The applicable subheading for the style PPRU2073 will be 6211.43.0078, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for track suits, ski-suits and swimwear; other garments: other garments women’s or girls: of man-made fibers: jackets and jacket-type garments excluded from heading 6202. The duty rate will be 16 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
