Dear Ms. Hattersley: In your letter dated January 30, 2008, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The sample which you submitted is being returned as requested. The item at issue is a headboard made of 40% pine and 60% particle wood but is completely covered with 100% polyester lining. The headboard, which connects to the frame, consists of several pieces: one left piece, one center piece, one right piece, one left support stud, one right support stud and two bottom foot base pieces.
