Dear Mr. Mundhra: In your letter dated January 10, 2008, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The merchandise under consideration is identified as the 14 LED Table Lamp, Item Number FL347. This lamp is a battery operated desk lamp constructed of plastic and steel measuring approximately 9 inches tall. The base of the lamp is a plastic dome measuring approximately 3 inches in diameter at its widest point.
