Dear Ms. Seville: In your letter dated November 1, 2011, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The item under consideration is a table lamp. The lamp is identified as a Glass Table Lamp, Item Number 712247. From the information and picture that you have provided with your ruling request, the lamp is a typical table lamp that features a metal base made of two metal squares measuring approximately 6 by 6 inches and 4 by 4 inches stacked together.
