Dear Ms. Hamanaka: In your letter dated August 10, 2007 you requested a tariff classification ruling on behalf of your client, Kash N Gold Ltd. The merchandise under consideration is referred to as a Jukebox Lamp with iPod Docking Station, product number 000285. It is a desk lamp that features an iPod docking station, speakers, an FM radio, and an alarm clock. The Jukebox Lamp with iPod Docking Station consists of a short cylindrical base, from which rises a support for an incandescent bulb and a decorative shade.
