The sample you submitted is described as a “5-Hook Over-the-Door Rack,” item number 23490. It is made of chrome-plated steel and has a porcelain finial at the tip of each hook. It fits over doors up to 1.5 inches thick and measures 18 inches wide by 10 inches high by 2-1/4 inches deep. The marketing literature you provided indicates that it can be used as a hidden coat rack behind a door or for hanging towels, bathrobes, clothing and more.
