Box 1199 Williston, VT 05495 RE: The tariff classification of a hanger from China Dear Ms. Marcoux: In your letter dated August 12, 2005, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The merchandise consists of three styles of hangers: Ladybug (item number 28940), Dragonfly (item number 28942) and Butterfly (item number 28944). Each is composed of a curved, tin, wire hanger decorated with hand painted, tin flowers and insect, and plastic beads. Each measures approximately 13 ¼ inches long by 5 ¾ inches wide by 1 inch deep.
