Your sample is being returned as requested. The submitted sample, style number A45YT07Y30 is a woman’s double twist sleeveless pullover that is constructed from 66% silk, 34% nylon, knit fabric with a self-fabric lining. The pullover features shoulder straps and a V-front and back. The applicable subheading for the pullover will be 6110.90.9090, Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for sweaters, pullovers…and similar articles, knitted: of other textile materials: other…other: women’s. The rate of duty will be 6% ad valorem. The pullover falls within textile category designation 838. Quota and visa status are the result of international agreements that are subject to frequent renegotiations and changes.
