The merchandise is four models of bag racks. Part numbers SR41and SR47 are steel wire racks with steel bases. Part numbers SR42 and SR48 are steel wire racks with a plastic bases. Part numbers SR41 and SR42 hold one size bag (1/6 barrel bag) and SR47 and SR48 hold another size bag (1/7 barrel bag). The racks will be used primarily in grocery stores to hold and aid in the quick opening of grocery bags. They will be mounted on top of a counter. The rate of duty will be free. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
