Dear Mr. Crago: In your letter dated March 16, 2005, you requested a classification ruling. You have submitted a sample that is identified as assortment number C072AA02760, spun glass snowman decorations. The snowman decorations measure 6-1/2” x 4-3/4” x 8-3/4”. Both snowmen are wearing hats and scarves. One snowman is holding a decorated Christmas tree and the other snowman is holding a string of glass beads with three decorated Christmas trees.
