Submitted style 100000307, is a quilted, polyfill jacket. It is hip-length and has a flared bottom. It is characterized by long sleeves, a double breasted, full front button opening, a collar and turned over fabric at the cuffs. The outer shell is 80% cotton, 20% polyester knit velour fabric, the interior is polyfill and the lining jersey cotton. The item is sized for infants’ newborn to 12 months of age. As you requested, the sample will be returned to you.. The applicable subheading for style 100000307 will be 6111.20.6040, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for babies’ garments and clothing accessories, knitted or crocheted, of cotton, other, other. The duty rate will be 8.1 percent ad valorem. Style 100000307 falls within textile category designation 239. Based upon international textile trade agreements products of China are not currently subject to quota or the requirement of a visa.
