A sample of the 13 Inch Musical Christmas Clock was submitted with the ruling request. The sample for which you are requesting a classification, item number 997859, is identified as the 13 Inch Musical Christmas Clock. The Musical Christmas Clock is an analog wall clock with a quartz battery powered movement. There are no jewels in the movement. The clock plays various traditional carols at the top of each hour. The clock is housed in a plastic case and has a round dial with gold tone hour, minute and second hands.
