Dear Ms. Liu: In your letter dated March 14, 2000, you requested a tariff classification ruling. You are requesting the tariff classification on six bath toys representing a pig, a puppy, a sheep, a chicken, a frog and a bear, identified as item number C08D0121. All six styles have the same material composition for their exteriors: 39 % cotton, 35 % polyester and 26 % sisal. The head of each of the six styles is stuffed with a batting material.
