Dear Mr. Tomenga: In your letter dated November 29, 2000, you requested a tariff classification ruling, on behalf of Simon Marketing, Inc., your client. You are requesting the tariff classification on four different toys. The merchandise consists of one stuffed toy and three plastic toys. The four are identified as follows: Pear-Shaped Purple Creature (Number 06603-002A), Yellow School Bus (Number 06603-002B), Ladybug on Wheels (Number 06603-002C) and the Three-Piece Clown (Number 06603-070).
