The Waist Pouch is composed of 210D Nylon PU, 3M Reflective PVC, PP Webbing and measures approximately 4 1/2 inches in length x 7 inches in width with an adjustable textile waist strap. The pouch has a reflective PVC “X” on the front of the waist pouch. A PVC key holder with an elastic strap is attached to the interior of the pouch. The samples submitted for our review are reflective bags. The Daypack is composed of 600D Polyester PU, Reflective PVC, PP Webbing and measures approximately 17 inches in length x 15 inches in width. The daypack has adjustable padded straps for carrying on the back. Additionally, there are pockets and compartments on the front and sides for storage. At the top is a zippered closure. Based upon international textile trade agreements, products of Hong Kong are subject to quota and the requirement of a visa. The applicable subheading for the Waist Pouch will be 4202.92.3031 Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for travel, sports and similar bags, with outer surface of textile materials, other, other, of man-made fibers, other. The rate of duty will be 19 percent ad valorem. Items classifiable under 4202.92.3031 fall within textile category designation 670. Based upon international textile trade agreements, products of Hong Kong are subject to quota and the requirement of a visa.
