Dear Mr. Blaser: This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177). DATE OF INQUIRY : August 04, 1997 ON BEHALF OF : Manco, Inc. DESCRIPTION OF MERCHANDISE : The article is identified as item #M97-6008, a cloth insect kit. The item is simply an unassembled toy insect. The submitted sample contains parts for both a butterfly and a spider. The parts consist of: fabric body parts, two-sided foam tape, a tube of glitter, 3 magnets, and plastic eyes. Samples will be returned, as requested. HTS PROVISION : Toys representing animals or non-human creatures...and parts and accessories thereof: Other...Toys.
