Product description
The merchandise under consideration involves the classification of a model number DL-14, which is a mini tower case for a computer, and its components. These components such as a metal case housing; 2-metal brackets; a plastic front bezel; 2-plastic side bezels; Phillips drive washer hex head screws, and self- tapping screws will be used for the assembly of the metal computer case. GRI-2 is not applicable since these components will be shipped disassembled, and do not represent a subassembly. The mini tower case, which is dedicated for a computer which stands on the floor, is approximately 15 3/4 inches in length by 15 « inches width, and 7 7/8 inches in height. Noting Legal Notes 2(a&b) to Section XVI of the HTS, this case and the assembly components appear to be principally used as parts of a processor unit for an automatic data processing machine system.
