Dear Mr. Banis: On July 25, 1997, Customs issued you New York Ruling Letter B84033 concerning the tariff classification of prepared peppers from Greece. That ruling inadvertently contained an incorrect duty rate of 8.8 percent ad valorem. The correct duty rate for the prepared peppers is 10.8 percent ad valorem. All other facts stated in the ruling remain the same. A copy of this modification of that ruling or the control number indicated above should be provided with NYRL B84033 and the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
