The new style numbers are as follows: Style S5B32503B is now 55B32503B Style S5B32715B is now 55B32715B Style S5B36527A is now 55B36527A Style S5B36552A is now 55B36552A The classification, rate of duty and textile category designation provided in ruling NY 802031 for styles S5B32503B, S5B36527A and S5B36552A remain unchanged. You also indicated that the fiber content of style 55B32715B has been changed from 60 percent linen/40 percent rayon to 56 percent rayon/44 percent linen. The applicable subheading for style 55B32715B will be 6211.43.0076, HTS. The duty rate will be 17 percent ad valorem. The textile category designation will be 659. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177). A copy of this ruling letter should be attached to the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
