The subject merchandise is stated to contain 44.51 percent sugar, 19.22 percent whole milk powder, 17.20 percent cocoa butter, 15.67 percent cocoa liquor, 1.48 percent lactose, 0.81 percent cocoa liquor processed with alkali, 0.68 percent caramel powder, 0.37 percent soya lecithin, and 0.03 percent vanillin.
