The subject merchandise is stated to contain 47.5 percent cocoa paste, 47.5 percent sugar, 2.5 percent cocoa butter, 2.0 percent butterfat and traces of soy lecithin and vanilla. The product will be shipped in 5-kilogram blocks and is intended for use in enrobing and the production/manufacture of confectionery products.
