You have requested a classification decision for an item described as a “bucket seat”. A style or part number has not been supplied. The article is described and depicted as a bucket organizer that is also used by being placed over a bucket and the top can be used as a seat. The organizer is made-up of 100% man-made fiber textile materials. The organizer is designed and used to contain accessories and other personal effects during hunting or other outdoor activity. The applicable subheading for the bucket organizer/seat will be 4202.92.9026, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for in part, for other containers and cases, with outer surface of textile materials or sheeting of plastic, other. The rate of duty will be 17.6 percent. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
