You have submitted one sample, which is being returned to you. Style 7530366 is a hard-sided goggle case. It is constructed with an outer surface of man-made textile material. It is designed to provide storage, protection, and portability to one pair of goggles. It has a zipper closure and a textile-lined interior compartment. It measures approximately 6.5” (W) x 3.5” (H) x 2” (D). The applicable subheading for the goggle case will be 4202.92.9026, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides, in part, for other containers and cases, with outer surface man-made textile material. The rate of duty will be 17.6 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. The text of the most recent HTSUS and the accompanying duty rates are provided on World Wide Web at http://www.usitc.gov/tata/hts/. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
