Dear Mr. Garcia: In your letter dated March 24, 2004 you requested a tariff classification ruling. The items in question are denoted as a motorized radiobroadcasting antenna for an automobile, part number MR282622, an automobile antenna base, part number MR979905 and cables for the automobile antenna, part number MB863564. The motorized radiobroadcasting antenna is designed for use in an automobile. It is composed of the antenna rod, the electric motor, a power relay, a ground cable and a coaxial antenna cable.
