Dalbavancin Hydrochloride is a semisynthetic lipoglycopeptide antibiotic with bactericidal activity against gram-positive bacteria. It is indicated for the treatment of acute bacterial skin infections. The applicable subheading for the Dalbavancin Hydrochloride in bulk powder form will be 2941.90.3000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for “Antibiotics: Other: Other: Aromatic or modified aromatic.” The general rate of duty will be free. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
