The subject merchandise is Tropical Passionfruit & Mango Ice Cream Mochi composed of sugar, coconut milk, mango puree, rice flour, water, cashew drink, passionfruit puree, coconut oil, glucose syrup, trehalose, tapioca flour, emulsifiers (mono and diglyceries of fatty acids, soya lecithin), stabilisers (guar gum, locust bean gum, cellulose gum, carrageenan), natural flavor (mango), salt, natural food colors (beetroot powder, spirulina extract). The applicable subheading for the Tropical Passionfruit & Mango Mochi Ice Cream will be 2105.00.5000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for “Ice cream and other edible ice, whether or not containing cocoa: Other: Other.” The rate of duty will be 17 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
