A complete correction letter follows. In your letter dated December 19, 2019, you requested a binding ruling on behalf of your client, Commercial Steel Services, LLC, for the classification of a double notched steel tube used in a farm gate. The article under consideration is described as a finished, welded, galvanized steel tube to be used as a post in a fence gate. At the time of importation, the tubes have been notched at both ends. The posts will be imported in four different diameters: 1.315 inches (33.4 mm), 1.660 inches (42.2 mm), 1.750 inches (44.5 mm), and 2.375 inches (60.3 mm). They will range in length from 7 feet to 24 feet.
