Dear Ms. Koopmann: In your letter dated December 17, 2019, you requested a tariff classification ruling. Images were submitted in lieu of a sample. The product under consideration is described in your submission as the “Classic Curve Warmer.” It is a domestic electrothermic appliance comprised of a ceramic base, light bulb, and a ceramic top dish. The warmer melts the scented wax allowing the fragrance to diffuse into the surrounding air. The wax will be imported separately.
