Item 33233UL is a four pack headband set. They are constructed from 80% nylon, 20% spandex knit fabric. The circular headbands measure approximately 17 inches in length and ½ inch wide. They feature a 6½ inch slit in the rear section of the headband. The applicable subheading for Item 33233UL will be 6117.80.8500, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for Other made up clothing accessories…knitted or crocheted…Other: Headbands, ponytail holders and similar articles. The rate of duty will be 14.6 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
