Item 2008303A048 is a 2-pack headband set. They are constructed of 90% nylon, 10% spandex knit fabric. The circular headbands measure approximately 19 inches in length and 2 inches wide. The applicable subheading for Item 2008303A048 will be 6117.80.8500, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for Other made up clothing accessories…knitted or crocheted…Other: Headbands, ponytail holders and similar articles. The rate of duty will be 14.6 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
